It is pretty straightforward to get used to the platform and functions and also the final look of the survey is really clean and attractive for users. Cons: There should be a basic version where users can get upto certain respondents to provide feedback for free. Beyond the limit, it can be paid and can have enhanced features like more templates and customisation options. Better yet, there's a number of useful templates for different kinds of surveys from health research to website and application testing. I think that Pyxis Insights is a good tool that can be very useful for UX designers and other research heavy jobs. Pyxis insights provides an organized space to keep track of your projects, your team members, and their respective roles and responsibilities. Onboarding is fast and easy, and the UI is simple and readable. As a UX designer I know how tough it is to gather good user data on your own. So I'm happy to that Pyxis Insights gives me the ability to divvy up tasks effectively between multiple people.
