    It's been horrible. I've had a different contact ever few months. Cinc is constantly rolling out new items (that don't work). I submit tickets for help and they close them before any resolution. Cinc has not focused on fixing their base system of their product. They've been too focused on partnering with others to provide add-on features that they can charge more for. My Boards HATE the ARC process. Tags don't work when sending autogenerated emails to ARC committees, but Cinc won't fix it. I can't even send broadcast emails with emojis or images in the body of the email. I haven't seen a system this limited since the turn of the century.

    It has the ability to set up unique communities. It collects information. It is cloud based. This system is forcing me to add 100 characters to enter this review.
    Cons:
    Pain to use. Navigation has no logic. So many steps for simple tasks. Components of a task are scattered everywhere, and not logical to find. Please reorganize your navigation and redesign the interface with the end user in mind.

    Overall, the transition was difficult because the amount of options and things to learn was overwhelming however, I have found it to be very useful and better than other management software options because of the many abilities.

    Web based, gives us the ability to create a personalized app experience. I like the Management portfolio and how there are itemsgeared toward mgmt companies, as well as the owners.
    Cons:
    Some of functions are very outdated and not intuitive. For example, when submitting an ACC we should be able to view the attachment instead of having to download everything. There is a large learning curve, jumping into it was much harder than it would be to grow with it or ease in. We had great support and set up for onboarding but loookf back we didn’t even know what questions we should be asking!

    Cons:
    While overall support is good, there have been times when a ticket was closed too quickly without fully understanding the issue. It can be frustrating when the initial response isn’t as helpful as expected, and more follow-up is needed to resolve the problem.

    Payments, the portal in general, the work order module…on a whole the product does a good job and serves its purpose - we’re very excited for the new offerings and enhancements to take everything to the next level.
    Cons:
    The violations module, adding Board members with additional addresses and then adding to the directory, the eblast tool (not being able to have a draft version, a simple preview email, etc). Missing tracking e-consent on the owner portal needed for Civil Code. It would be great to be notified when a manager requests CINC Manager app access - I need to manually check it several times a day. Need more flexibility in the portal templates as well. Getting reporting on the owner portal data would be really helpful as well.

    It is very user-friendly to both internal managers and the residents of the community. You can upload documents to the website with ease, and homeowners can access their information 24/7. The customer support is easy to use and is fast.
    Cons:
    The homeowner page needs to be updated to differentiate between the different owners' information, ie, the emails and phone numbers. It would be nice to see this split out. We were told a different platform would be coming last year, and it did not happen because of the integration with RNO (I believe that is the name of it).

    Tops was outdated and could not keep up with the ongoing communities we service.

    For a management perspective it's wonderful. It could use some more features for Board Members such as the ability to view past invoices without having an invoice uploaded.

    Cons:
    Board Members not able to view their past invoices on their portal. This is a common request we have received from several of our associations.
