Its really simple to use and to launch. So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports. Cons: Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating. It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. Survicate has been seamlessly integrated into our marketing efforts, and we can share logins across the company with different levels of access. Cons: We are currently on a legacy pricing plan, which restricts our access to many features. Survicate requires us to upgrade to access these features, effectively doubling our current costs. I believe this situation should be handled differently, considering we are legacy clients. While some incremental changes may be reasonable, it feels unfair to compel us to upgrade in this manner. Additionally, we are experiencing issues with duplicate survey responses, which are also being captured by the chatbot. Cleaning up these duplicates is currently a manual process, and I feel there should be better solutions within the tool. It would be helpful to add a sorting filter that brings all duplicate survey responses together, rather than requiring us to go through all answers to identify them. Improvements are needed in this area, such as the ability to remove or exclude duplicate responses and a better system for identifying chatbot inputs. It offers us good customization and the ability for marketing or non-technical product people to leverage it. The Survicate AI functionality is also very useful to do product research if you have collected a lot of feedback and want to go through it fast. Cons: We did not see an ability to use emails and in-app surveys together while not over-surveying individual users (for example reach out to all users which did not answer an in-app survey via email).
