"For example, run the same survey as a link in emails and as a pop-up on the website, but I don't think you're able to aggregate the responses and analysis of those responses from both even if they are identical surveys."

"The platform is a bit pricey for occasional use. Since we don’t run surveys every month, keeping a full-year subscription doesn’t make financial sense, so we subscribe only when needed."
