Also, its capacity of creating reports and providing quantitative results is key to my activity. #### Cons It needs to figure out how to get paywalled media content, it is highly important. First of all the team is INCREDIBLE. My account manager is responsive, took the time to understand my business and needs, and is always pushing things my way. We continually have brainstorming sessions where they walk through features, but more importantly, how I can implement them to achieve my goals. The product is straightforward and packs a lot of punch. I am sure I am only scraping the surface on what it can do. Their ability to train the AI on your company, competitors or prospects is incredibly useful! I loved TrendKite and was going to go down that route but the AI capabilities to be able to cut through the noise easier with no long Boolean strings (I had a growing document with Boolean strings to cut through the noise for TK). #### Cons Definitely would LOVE to be able to drill down into coverage by individual journalist to be able to use data to better analyze who covers a certain topic or competitor. I've used this feature in another platform which helped prioritize outreach based on facts not just your gut or a bio. #### Reasons for choosing Signal AI The AI capabilities really made a lot of sense! Its ability to produce reports and deliver numerical findings is also essential to my activity. Signal is simple for me to utilise. I enjoy the format and the reports that are generated as a result. #### Cons Nothing as of yet; I haven't encountered any features I don't like. It's real-time, which is crucial in the ever-evolving media field. It provides a great wealth of information and helps you stay up to date. #### Cons Sometimes I find the publications a bit limiting - not in a matter of quantity but quality. You can stay very simple or be more complex with the filters you set for your searches. Certain relevant articles will be missed and certain irrelevant articles will be flagged.
