The team are very helpful and knowledgeable and understand what we are asking. 9/10 they can come up with a solution straight away. Other times they need time to develop but I've never had a straight no or a bad experience in dealing with the development team. We started small and gradually added more functionality not just in my area of the business but a number of other departments including Property and Compliance. This allowed us to work more efficiently and collaboratively, have real time information available and ultimately monitor and improve our compliance. Cons: There is nothing I dont like about the software Reasons for choosing Vision We were already using Vision for our asbestos management and adding the Audits on was so simple and effective that it was a natural progression. We've continued to get the same level of support throughout our years with Vision. This three risk assessments will allow us to build a frame work to add more products in the future. The product is intuitive and is easy to navigate and will integrate seamless with our business.
