Blaze is by far the best and the one we're sticking with because they're easy-to-use, actually no-code required, secure (we're in the medical space so this is very important), highly customizable, and scalable. We needed to create a professional customer portal that includes automated onboarding workflows, contract management and tracking, invoice and PO management, shipping and delivery tracking, messaging with sales, and a support center. We need the system to all sync together. The Blaze platform's drag & drop elements and templates of pre-made apps enabled building these internal tools we needed very fast and easy. It allows our non-developer teammates edit forms easily and add more features to our customer portal. 10/10 for the Blaze product and their team. #### Cons No cons. Even without a background in coding, the platform made it really intuitive to set things up.The seamless third-party integrations are a standout feature. Connecting to our existing business software, along with various webhooks and databases, was a breeze. This has dramatically cut down on manual data entry, allowing my team to focus on more strategic tasks rather than repetitive input. #### Cons Ii found the initial onboarding and setup to be a bit challenging. The documentation is quite dense, which could be overwhelming for beginners. It took quite a bit of time to grasp the advanced features, and some step-by-step guides would be helpful. Also, I noticed some sluggishness in the UI responsiveness, especially when managing complex, multi-branch workflows. I could import data, grab a template, and then quickly drag and drop what I wanted and how I wanted it.
