Cons: I would prefer that I could upload multiple files at once and link multiple files at once - or at least have it return to the same section of the files when I have to upload another item. Also for user profiles, I would like to be able to add a custom field to a user type instead of all users as we have employee files and also franchisees and so using these differently would be helpful. I would also like to be able to automate a result generated by a search filter: for example - automating a weekly report on the vaccination status/police check status of employees or automating a report on their licence expiries? The setup process is easy and once the surveys have been completed, exporting them and viewing the results is also very easy. The findings are presented super clearly that gives a quick overview of the information provided by the Invisible Guests. Reasons for choosing Ideagen Procedure Management We felt that Ops Central would provide the best after service once we had rolled the product out. As well as this, they demonstrated how they are always working to continually improve the product. Both the after market service and the continuous product improvement has proven to be correct. They have always helped out and the constant improvements have made the product even better than when we first purchased it. Reasons for switching to Ideagen Procedure Management We switched because we needed a system that provided us with more functions and the ability to ensure we built out the One Source of Truth Philosophy which this system has allowed us to do. In the feedback they only let us score them out of 7, but in my book, they need 200/7. This team of people are incredibly solutions-focused, no matter how big or small the problem, they always provide excellent care and attention to detail. There have been times when the trip to the solution has taken a scenic path, but they have stuck with the process and worked so hard to help us find a way to meet our needs within the parameters of the software. Consequently, we as users/administrators are using more of the software's features, and so there are more questions....and on we go. I always feel valued and supported. I have worked with great IT support over the years in various organisations, but this team has taken the word 'support' to a whole new level for me!!! I have gained so much confidence and acquired many skills, thus enabling me to complete my role more efficiently and effectively. I love working in this program.
