I have concluded that the PrintXpand solution is more important to my business than any printing equipment we own. I have had only two different software support engineers in the last three years and I have really enjoyed working with both of them. #### Cons Time Zone difference. I am in Pacific Time Zone and their support time zone is 12.5 hours different from mine. But I must say I have adapted to getting support in the evenings from as early as 7 pm, my time, and as late as 9 am, my time.
