With the new HTML widgets in the dashboards, Ubifunctions and key integrations, it is a very complete service. Customer service is amazing so I am very content. #### Cons There are some features I would love to see such as "event on data send". It’s easy to exceed the 20 variables limit when expanding an existing deployment, particularly with soil moisture probes where a single sensor can use as many as 24 variables. We understand the rationale, but it’s something to be aware of during system growth. #### Reasons for choosing Ubidots We chose Ubidots because it offered a more professional interface and felt easier to use compared to alternatives.
