"Further, whenever I have a question or challenge with some aspect of payroll, all I have to do is email customer support and I then receive a prompt, thorough, and thoughtful response that helps me solve the problem I'm having or completely answers my question."

"Having moved from Quickbooks where you can never talk to anyone about anything, the customer support is next level with almost immediate chat response times and the ability to resolve most questions right away."
