Tracking of candidates is easy. As is communicating in both directions via the ATS with them. This improves the performance of consultants, and limits admin activity. Cons: The mailshotting facility is a little clunky, time consuming. Reasons for switching to ATS Access could not track multiple shift patterns in the same day 24/7. Any new IT system can be "clunky" to replace legacy systems and change is never easy for staff but Axlr8 have made the move to them easy. They have held our hand through process and always offered solutions. They have been able to take CSG to the next level and enable growth. Cons: There was nothing really that stood out - just being mindful all operations are very bespoke - especially the operation we oversee, we cannot fit into the "over the shelf" packages.
