It seems like anything we want to do is a custom report or an add on. It was expensive and we felt Foundation was easier to use. Reasons for switching to FOUNDATION Integration. The Sage Project Management module was seperate and they had invoicing going from the PM module to Accounting. It was a mess and you couldn't get a decent report. We also struggled to set up payroll. With prevailing wage, there were so many layers that had to be built and it was extreemly confusing and I have been doing payroll for 20 years. The time allocated each week was good - we pulled in a lot of detailed history and I'm grateful we were able to do that. Now that I've used it for a couple of years, I better understand how to navigate the program, though I think the system is a little clunky. When we have had problems with WorkMax and the HQ systems, there is almost always someone who is willing to put in the time to help us find our way through any given issue. Cons: Very often the system seems buggy, and that goes for Foundation proper and then also the HQ and WorkMax offshoots, and the system is not overly intuitive.
