The Client Portal is good enough I suppose as I hate emails so bad. At least you can link your calendar to it. #### Cons The upload speed for large files takes forever and a day. I dislike how TimeSolv shows a Credit Card Payment as Unpaid until cleared from accounting; This creates a mess with my accounting and I cannot properly create a receipt, only a bill – And that makes the clients mad at me for no reason. To be honest, I've been shocked that the search feature actually works because my last software was broken nearly all of the time. I don't like talking with clients and hate sending emails so I love using their client portal. It is also cloud-based so I can do this at home (now I get to "work" on vacation too), but at least the money they pay goes thru. #### Cons The customer support is now an automated A.I. chat function instead of being manned by humans; however it takes forever to actually assist me. In addition, you cannot simply generate a receipt prior to payment clearing via a credit card, which causes confusion during my accounting/bookkeeping processes. Additionally, uploading large documents takes much longer than it should take. After having some difficulty finding someone to help with bookkeeping using TimeSolv, I finally did find a bookkeeper who knew how to use it, that was quite amazing. It is so much easier to use than our old system (that we paid a lot of money to purchase). Everything about the program -- including client information set-up, timekeeping, report generation, and invoicing -- is amazingly user friendly. We were up and running with TimeSolve immediately. I like that the program is web-based so that I can use out away from the office just as easily as when I am at the office. The program is so easy to use, there is no excuse for ever not getting billable time recorded on a real-time basis, or as close to real-time as possible. For example, there is no report or feature that enables the user to sort clients by their assigned identification numbers. We use a number system that is designed focus on recent clients and matters, and without the ability to sort them, it makes our billing and analyses a little tougher. In general, however, our billing process has become more simplified, as more users can access it remotely.
