We love Quire!

Quire has been a great addition to our Phase I ESA report workflow. The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and clearly built with environmental professionals in mind. It streamlines collaboration, improves consistency across reports, and saves time without sacrificing quality. The Quire team has also been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the transition process, making onboarding smooth and stress-free. Overall, Quire has made Phase I ESA report writing more efficient and easier to manage from start to finish!

Pros:

Phase I ESA report writing became more efficient and easier to manage from start to finish. Love how quick it is to compile a report using Quire!

Cons:

Sometimes if you are working "too fast", the page will crash, and you have to refresh. Everything saves right away so it's not like I lose hours of work. I might have to rewrite a word or two but really nothing too crazy. Otherwise love it!

Overall, I have really learned to appreciate Quire. In the beginning, I didn’t want to like it, but it has really grown on me and has improved our templates immensely.

Pros:

I like the report tags and word banks as well as the templates.

Cons:

The ability to have full editing control and the inability to create subfolders. I wish that we could edit the font, spacing, and attachments without having to ask for a new style. It would be nice to have the ability to create as many folders within folders as we’d like. I also think they could improve the map features.

Quire has streamlined our reporting, removing the need for constant checks on formatting and branding. It's easy to get to grips with and is continually being developed and upgraded with new and useful features. I love the portfolio management tools. The Quire team are really friendly and always available to help.

Cons:

The only gripe that we can't seem to resolve is an issue around page breaks and formatting before finalising a report as a PDF. We sometimes need to create two or three PDFs before we get our reports looking the way we want.

Efficiency for report writing, data analytics, default language spaces. I enjoy the additional lectures and offerings for diving in on best practices and having qualified speakers come in for important topics.

Cons:

I would love an AI integration and less steps to moving things around and creating and formatting new areas within templates. Also, I would like to see Thermal templates, Asbestos templates, and other service line templates to buy. Enhanced reviewer capabilities.

It's very well set up for report writing in our field. It's very easy to use, and once the templates are put together, it is easy for our project managers and contractors to work on reports.

Cons:

There are very few things. I think they need to improve some of the picture editing and organizing features, but the details are small compared to the rest of the platform.

It saves us a ton of time and effort. Word is not set up as a template editing system, so it was complicated and confusing.

Quire is simple to navigate and learn, and provides quick chat support for any issues/questions. The ease of co-working in reports/templates is great. The ability to customize your report style/sync across service lines, and quickly make edits to templates is also ideal.

Cons:

The Drawing tool (primarily used for Figures) could be improved/more intuitive, but it still gets the job done.

Importing pre-written language to report templates can be a bit tricky to learn at first and there is certainly room to improve in the future, which I am sure they will.

So many things to list here--ease of use, the ability to create and edit templates that meet my team's needs in an instant, the support team that is always available to help.

The only thing i don't love is that I can't search the entire document at once.
