Loop enables us to integrate seamlessly with our e-commerce platform, and the integration makes it convenient for managing customer expectations by notifying them when their deliveries are on the way.

Pros:

I liked the ability to add multiple distribution points and to seamlessly onboard drivers and administrators. The ability to get drivers to deliver multiple parcels in an optimized route is a value for money in managing our deliveries.

Cons:

Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with the support team, but that was quickly resolved by contacting our account manager.

Route Optimization Solution

You will not be disappointed with Loops' customer service. Their ability to listen to customer input and make it a reality in the software is unmatched. Loop is always developing and improving their system, making customers feel like they are getting the best route optimization software possible.

Pros:

Positives about Loop: Reduced driver knowledge risk, reduced kilometers travelled, reduced fuel consumption, better driver communication, fleet and POD management. This can all be achieved by installing the Loop app onto a driver's handheld device. The management consol is easy to use and users have a lot more information for fleet management at their fingertips.

Cons:

There is not a lot to dislike about Loop. The initial introduction of Loop can be difficult when changing the business process but was worth it in the end.

Reasons for choosing Loop

The specific need was directly met by Loop. There are no other software companies that I have experienced that can adapt to and fill the specific gap we had in our distribtution segment of the business.

Loop is the greatest option if you want the safest and best delivery results for your customers.

Since working with Loop for four years, I have been able to multitask and complete a lot of other tasks while the drivers are out on the road, and I am able to see them until they return to the office without having to ask them how far they are. I am really thankful that I work with them. Additionally, drivers can use the app to mark their deliveries and take pictures as proof of delivery, which they save on the system in case you need proof of delivery later.

Pros:

Loop is very helpful in determining who you assigned deliveries to and what you give to the driver on the day. And it updates the customers about their deliveries estimated time. The app has maps that show you the route the driver took while making deliveries and how long he is expected to be on the road. The loop is truly incredible and makes things very simple.

Cons:

They are always on the roll and have very helpful stuff. They always come up to the top with quick assistance when you have questions.

Pros:

Our customers can track their order and know exactly where it is and when it will arrive. Review from a customer "This is such a wonderful innovation and great for security. And we didn’t need to take a whole day off work waiting for its arrival." The interface is user-friendly, and we also appreciate the fact that Loop works out the best route for our driver when he has multiple stops in the day. We are able to create an address book with all our regular customer address and contact telephone details saved. This has saved us so much time!

Cons:

Our experience has been only positive, and the Loop team are always quick to respond if we have a problem or a question.

My Review of Loop

I would say Loop is a simple and enjoyable system to use. It has helped me to become familiar with each drivers route and has given me a better understanding on how the logistic side operates.

I love that I can track where a driver is at an exact moment and see who they have delivered to already.

Cons:

The thing I least like about Loop is that I can not download Tax Invoices from Loop that are over 30 Days.
