They're obviously passionate about making the software the best it can be. Things like price lists that specify a pricing strategy and being able to assign those price lists to certain customers make the product flexible enough to use it how WE need it to work instead of adjusting our business strategy to match the platform. Cons: Although they are constantly improving the product based on customer feedback, it is fairly new so there are some features missing or that feel incomplete. Reasons for choosing Foundation We needed something simple to use with flexible pricing models, invoicing, customer management and inventory catalog met our needs better than other software we saw out there.
