Verified reviewer Accounting Self-Employed Used daily for less than 6 months Review source Reviewed July 2026 Excellent product for small practices 5 I first came across Tidyflow in the summer of 2025, but as it was still fairly new to the market at that point it didn't seem to be quite ready for full implementation. But fast forward a few months to March 2026 and it was clear that the product had taken big strides forward, so I was then ready to commit. A further four months down the line, I only have good things to say about Tidyflow. The main thing to mention is the responsiveness of the support team, in particular \[sensitive content hidden\]. Any issues I have identified have been dealt with and rectified literally within a day or two, many times even within 24 hours. Suggestions I have put forward for improvement have been implemented in double quick time. Overall, everything just works, whether that be time recording, deadline management, monitoring WIP, billing (although I use separate software to issue bills), client portal, digital signatures, and many other features that a small accounting or bookkeeping practice needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Tidyflow to any small practice looking for practice management software that doesn't break the bank, but has all the features that are needed. It brings together the click-up tasks and billing, client information and ties it altogether. I think a live chat feature for team will be a great add on that way you won't even need slack.
