It is suitable for multi-state providers and includes assessments, care charting, alerts, task lists and reports features. ECP is compatible with mobile devices. The solution features electronic medical administration records (eMAR) capabilities that include alerts and reminders for staff regarding patient regimens. Administrators can receive notifications when inventory is low on specific medications and since ECP integrates with most major pharmacy software vendors, the reordering process is automated. It is easy to add new residents when they are moving in, and create care plans for them. Security settings seem good. When there are issues, the customer support team is easy to contact and they seem very willing to help try to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Cons: Changes are made often, probably trying to improve the product, but along with the changes seem to come glitches at times or parts that stop working until we do a ticket to have it looked at.
