A identificação de palavras mal pronunciadas ou em outro idioma não atrapalham e muita das vezes são corrigidas no texto Baixa complicação para operação e boa capacidade de integração com outros sistemas de CRM A ferramenta ainda possui um sistema de avaliação, que ajuda muito na evolução e acompanhento de planos de ações de melhorias O pós vendas também é um diferencial #### Cons Ainda existe alguns problemas de UX na plataforma para facilitar na propria organização do vendedor.
