Moving from taped-together spreadsheets to a more responsive, communicative, modern ERP has allowed for strides in productivity we had not expected. Cons: There are constant updates to digit, which is really a positive, but sometimes I need to double check what the changes are to adjust out current processes. The interface is very clean and intuitive, which has made the process of training each employee to use it a simple and straight-forward process. From what I understand, our company uses the software slightly differently than other Digit customers, so we have had quite a few requests for changes/customizations to our company-specific Digit build. Their team has been very on the ball about making themselves available for team calls to address our needs, and has been great at implementing requested changes/customizations to fit our needs.
