ContactPigeon’s platform has helped our business a lot, that’s why we’ve been partners for so long. We rely on automation for campaigns and ongoing customer journeys, and the segmentation tool makes it easy to divide our audience based on different criteria and apply those segments directly in campaigns. Overall, it’s a great customer data software pick for mid-sized companies that wish to keep branding consistent.

Cons:

There isn’t a major downside in our experience. We could probably launch more advanced automation flows for better results, but we can’t find the time.

We switched from Mailchimp and we are really happy since it increased the overall monthly touchpoints with our customers and increased our conversions due to more personalized content served. \- some times we need help setting up automations due to complex UI but they are always there for us to help.
