Il y a eu beaucoup d'évolutions de la plateforme depuis ses débuts, ce qui est une bonne chose. On sent que la plateforme devient de mieux en mieux construite et qu'il y a des développements qui sont effectuées de manière régulières. On aimerait que les développeurs soient encore plus à notre écoute pour certains sujets et certaines fonctionnalités.

Pros:

Resawod est facile à prendre en main. L'appli resadmin est un plus car elle peut être déployée et utilisée par l'ensemble des coachs

Cons:

Resawod propose un module de paiement en CB (resapaiment) qui est interessant mais qui ne permet pas de manager ce qui peut être réglée par CB ou par prélevement sepa. C'est soit tout en CB, soit tout en sepa. Compte tenu de la différence de tarification entre les 2, nous avons choisi le sepa, même si cela demande plus de manipulation de notre part, c'est plus économique et plus facile à maitriser.

Schneller und zuvorkommender Support - das ist sehr positiv! manche Funktionen werden meines Erachtens live gestellt, bevor sie ausreichend getestet wurden. Das Thema Registrierung und Vertragsverwaltung ist noch ausbaufähig. Das System läuft ansonsten sehr stabil - was für die Kunden positiv ist. Für die Admin-App wäre es wünschenswert, wenn wir Mitglieder/Kunden besser anpassen könnten. Das ist noch sehr umständlich.

\- Registrierungsprozess für Kunden ist umständlich (fehlende Rechtssicherheit bei Online-Verträgen - hier sollte eine Unterschrift erforderlich sein und alle Unterlagen sollten dem User automatisch per Mail zukommen) - Auswahl der Zahlungsmethode / Änderungen Konten in der Mitglieder-App funktioniert noch nicht zuverlässig - Wenn Kunden online etwas kaufen wird im Account immer Barzahlung oder Überweisung als Zahlungsmethode angezeigt, obwohl wir das nicht anbieten - Es wird von Kunden verlangt ein SEPA-Mandat zu unterschreiben - bis dahin bleiben sie gesperrt für Buchungen. Allerdings müssen sie inzwischen in der App bereits ein SEPA Mandat unterschreiben.

Nachrichtenfunktion und Chat für jede Aktivität. Die Möglichkeit, WODs einzutragen und Bestwerte und Benchmarks einzutragen, um den Fortschritt der Mitglieder zu tracken. Gesundheitliche Einschränkungen der Mitglieder hinterlegen können.

Cons:

WODs den passenden Aktivitäten zuordnen oft fehlerhaft, Eintragen der Bestwerte und Benchmarks umständlich und viele Übungen fehlen, keine Möglichkeit, Probetrainings/Gäste zu benennen. Viele Funktionalitäten (z. B. Aktivitäten verwalten oder WODs eintragen) nur am Desktop und nicht in der Resadmin App verfügbar. Es wäre gut, wenn sich auch Admins in Kurse eintragen könnten. Sonst braucht man immer zwei Accounts.

Cons:

Als Admin gestaltet es sich schwierig, einzelne Classes oder Events am Mobiltelefon abzusagen oder zu erweitern. Dies ist lediglich über einen Laptop (PC) möglich.
