On sent que la plateforme devient de mieux en mieux construite et qu'il y a des développements qui sont effectuées de manière régulières. L'appli resadmin est un plus car elle peut être déployée et utilisée par l'ensemble des coachs #### Cons Resawod propose un module de paiement en CB (resapaiment) qui est interessant mais qui ne permet pas de manager ce qui peut être réglée par CB ou par prélevement sepa. C'est soit tout en CB, soit tout en sepa. Die Möglichkeit, WODs einzutragen und Bestwerte und Benchmarks einzutragen, um den Fortschritt der Mitglieder zu tracken. Gesundheitliche Einschränkungen der Mitglieder hinterlegen können. #### Cons WODs den passenden Aktivitäten zuordnen oft fehlerhaft, Eintragen der Bestwerte und Benchmarks umständlich und viele Übungen fehlen, keine Möglichkeit, Probetrainings/Gäste zu benennen. Viele Funktionalitäten (z. B. Aktivitäten verwalten oder WODs eintragen) nur am Desktop und nicht in der Resadmin App verfügbar. Es wäre gut, wenn sich auch Admins in Kurse eintragen könnten. Paiement simple pour les clients quand il n'y a pas d ebug #### Cons Export comptable lamentable, obligation de télécharger manuellement un à un toutes les factures. Fichiers qui ne concordent pas avec le nom du reçu donc inexploitable tel quel. Obliger de renommer toutes les factures pour que cela soit exploitable. Problème de carte bancaire client qui sont réinitialisé par la plateforme sans prévenir et donc abonnement en échec de prélèvement. Paramétrages nombreux mais non intuitif et très compliqués. Kurse unkompliziert zu buchen. Im shop kann man alles direkt wählen und zahlen. #### Cons Ergebnisse, speziell die Zeiten eines Workouts im Leaderboard eintragen. Man muss immer die Zeit klicken… wäre besser, wenn man sie direkt eingeben könnte. Bei einem ausgebuchten Kurs kann man sich zwar auf die Warteliste setzen. Wenn ein Platz frei wird, bekommen alle von der Warteliste eine Benachrichtigung. Bis hier hin gut. Allerdings kann sich nun auch jeder andere , der noch nicht mal auf der Warteliste stand, eintragen. Er sieht nicht dass es überhaupt eine Warteliste gibt. Wäre schöner, wenn das sichtbar wäre. Benchmark und Hero Workouts müssen mehr eingepflegt werden. Und Zeiten (Ergebnisse) sollten auch über 60min einzutragen sein. Aktuell sind 60min die Grenze. Nicht gut!
