Pros:

Unless like in Anydesk or TeamViewer Just by clicking the link we share is enough to control the system. And it is very simple to use but it saves my time a lot.

Cons:

Not like that. But it lagged at some points and that also happened very rarely.

Reasons for choosing HelpWire

It is simple to use. Just by the sharing the link it will be great to use it.

Reasons for switching to HelpWire

In Anydesk frequent disconnection is there and also in TeamViewer it will disconnects after the trial time or period. And so that I moved to Help wire.

It was handy for the odd occasion that someone needs a hand with their computer while I am not nearby. It was very reliable and able to see the other's screen to provide directions. Unfortunately even finding the link to open the session can be a challenge for some.

It is stable and reliable. We use it with roughly 10 people and have not encountered major problems yet.

Cons:

The pop-ups to update the application can be annoying. It could add a feature, where moving the mouse, moves the window. This is helpful when the PC you're controlling has a much larger pixel count, then the screen you're viewing it on.

I loved its user-friendly interface that a newbie can understand well without much hassle. The setup is too easy, allowing me to simply log in to get access to controls. Also, according to the client's perception, this software is a go-to-platform for getting high-quality support.

Cons:

I didn't find major drawbacks in Helpwire interfering with my work chores. However, every software has some loopholes, but this platform does my work well and I am fully satisfied with it.

Reasons for switching to HelpWire

AnyDesk was a good platform for me, but it had a price tag that made me switch to the HelpWire. With the user-friendly customer support and interface, I prefer HelpWire more than AnyDesk currently. AnyDesk has limited features for a free account and results in an unpleasant experience during slow networks.

The things I least liked about HelpWire are: 1. The interface of HelpWire is user friendly but I wish there were more customization options. 2. I can access HelpWire on many operating systems but it is not compatible with my smartphone, it would have been awesome if it was also compatible with smartphones.

It did not had many free features and was very overpriced for me, plus I could not connect to multiple computers which I can do now with the help of HelpWire.

Simplicity of usage. Security. Avaibility every where. Remote access is easy for everyone, eliminating tedious explanations during support calls requiring a physical connection.

Cons:

The keyboard management. Sometimes the key mapping is not correct, and access to special characters is only possible using the Alt + Number key combination. Multiple screens that are on the same window.
