Overall I cannot fault it or the support from the team. It's a good product. Having mentors and mentees creating their own profiles online is of great value. It takes the burden of admin away from us and places the onus on the users to develop their own profiles. It's a great way to connect people at the early stages of their career to ask questions to someone senior, so i think it's very useful, especially to match people in similar sectors of medicine.
