It is useful to manage chats, its tool with AI to improve messages is great

Cons:

A lot of development is needed in reporting, the data displayed and the filters applied are not useful for making decisions. It would be even better to be able to download the flat data and be able to use it in a data manager.

Rasayel just keep my agents on selling and not just randomly moving between platforms and misscommunicate.Before Rasayel we tried Respond.io and get.chat and WhatsApp Business, none of those was even close to the stability and flexbility that Rasayel provides, with a slick and functional UI they just nailed it. ♥

Pros:

The flexibility that the API provides with the webhook system can make Rasayel a beast with custom code to make selling flows smoother (tags integration and etc).

Cons:

Integration with Hubspot is still not full and only partial, but I know they have plans to add a lot more features soon on that area so I'm still very satisifed.

Reasons for switching to Rasayel

Respond.io was very expensive and have zero webhook integration and was flaky.get.chat was the badest experience of them all, they stopped working almost a week without support, we just failed to receive and send messages - super unstable!

Used for social media integration and WhatsApp for Business features. Was easy to set up different channels, users, and teams and then integrate in to our daily processes. Also integrated with our CRM for automated messaging via Zapier. UX felt the same on both web and mobile versions and had similarities to WhatsApp making it easy to roll out.

Cons:

If in multiple teams across multiple numbers, sometimes became a little confusing as to what messages sat where.

That's there 1 shared inbox between all agents, although you can create separate views.
