Qloo allows us to enrich our customer profiles with thousands of other details about their interests, which is not something we can get from other third-party data providers. We use this data in myriad ways from understanding which cuisines and meals we should recommend to customers each week, to identifying potential celebrity and influencer partners that would be good fits given who our users follow. Cons: Getting started with Qloo did require some custom implementation from our team.
