Basil was extremely easy to set up and use. I receive notices when anything is uploaded which helps me stay on top of task that need to be handled. I can upload multiple files at once by dropping and dragging. I love the 2 step authentication to keep my documents secure. The pricing is extremely fair for the space and ease of use. They have a lot of development yet to be done, but the fact that they are willing to listen and understand the reasons for the functions needed is great. Everyone is always quick to respond even if only to get more information to check with others for the solution. Also, they are very open to suggestions. #### Cons I struggle with the advertising for this to be perfect for accounting firms, yet I feel like I am teaching things they should already know. There are many things that I would think to be common sense that are not programmed. Like not being able to use apostrophes in the last name field. While I begin to utilize the program more in depth, I'm certain that the features and functions will become much easier to navigate. While sending signatures to clients, it appears that the client has to enter verification codes for each signature they are assigned.
