Everything about the platform and people are great. Cons: Sometimes if I want to chat with an expeditor, the chat location of where I can do that is confusing. Also, If I want to upload preliminary plans (test fits, for example) when creating a new project there's no category for this. The idea for uploading preliminary plans is for the expeditor to better understand the project. The only recommendation I would have is when creating a new project, sometimes I need fees only at that time as it's not a real project yet. Example, when we are responding to an RFP, I need estimated fees from Pulley but might not win the project and therefore the project created is voided. Read More HH Holley H.
