Great all in one TMS.

I am having a great experience so far. It has allowed me to consilate workflows, improve my process and overall visibility of the Company. In addition, i was able to get rid of disparate systems that saved me on overall operating cost.

Pros:

Very easy to learn, navigate and use. Improves workflow seemlessly. Very affordable. Customer service is very keen on on addressing any concerns that arises.

Cons:

Some functions and user roles are Still in development. Not integrated with softwares like prepass, but are currently in development. I wanted specific user control functions for my dispatcher because they are thrid party. That is also being developed.

Best TMS software for carriers

Easy to use for office use and on the drivers side thru drivers app, nothing complicated- which is good since there are a lot of older drivers who still struggling with any new technology, saves time, plus keeps everything in one place- no more going back and forth between several different apps and software programs.

As someone who is doing accounting and safety for my company, using trucking hub saves me a lot of time daily. Especially with making automatic drivers statements as they are done in real time

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about. Even if there are any issues, which is normal for any tech software, there is great 24/7 support

TMS to help manage most things in your trucking companys office.

Overall I am very happy that I decided to go with this TMS. They are very patient with me and work hard to figure out any problems I have.

Pros:

It's pretty much an all in one system that helps manage most of the office of a trucking company. I don't have to shop around to find every little service for my trucking company.

Cons:

Support is sometimes not as quick as I would like it to be. Shipping on devices for the most part is very fast but sometimes it just never gets here.

Outstanding flexibility in my opinion is the best feature of this system and the fact that it can be customized to adress any needs weither it is just a small, medium or large company. Thumbs up

Cons:

So far There were no major flaws with the system that we found. If something wasnt quite like we requested , they were able to correct or change it within a record time, so no complaints there.

so far everything has being good don't see myself changing to another TMS. if you are a new trucking company i think this is defiantly the best TMS to get

Pros:

The ease of use , AI to help enter loads saves so much time. you have ELD integrated with it you can remotely use driver's tablet, which is such good help with driver who are not too good with tech. you can set up maintenance schedule keep track of your next services, and keep track of all other expenses. Helps with IFTA, keep track of state miles and fuel. keep track of payroll can set up drivers pay schedule per mile, per load, and load percentage.

Cons:

Cant really say i found anything bad with it. if there's and issue they have customer support 24 hours to help fix it.

Not only do they offer Trucking software but they offer other services too for Trucking like ELD's. I think they even offer decals and a print shop along with their services.

The things that we didn't liked were already fixed. We were one of the first users of the TMS and at the early stage we updated most of the things.

Covers most of our needs, best coverage of trucking needs we were able to find. They even covered some stuff we were not aware we need.

Pros:

TruckingHub is by far the best trucking software I’ve used. Doing driver statements is super simple, and it saves me so much time that I basically get my Fridays off now. Everything is organized, easy to track, and it has definitely saved both time and money for our company. Highly recommend it to anyone in trucking who wants less stress and more efficiency.

Cons:

Honestly there is no downsides to using Trucking Hub, it synchronized all of our trucking needs in one software when we were used to using 10+ different websites daily.
