Their excellent customer service team helped us quickly navigate the API integration process and launch a product in a fraction of the time of other comparable providers. They have support for both traditional ACH-based payment processing as well as stablecoins, a useful pairing to have in a single provider. #### Cons No major concerns that have arisen yet. The Payments, Ledgers, and Reconciliation products work very well together and we get a lot of value from them. The MT team is very responsive and provides excellent support. They are also responsive to feedback. #### Cons We have encountered a few bugs which have had a negative impact on us. Payment processing is a funny thing where the actually processing is a commodity, but given the stakes it's crucial to have good quick support. MT helped us build a program w/commercials that really make sense for our business, along with white-glove support in setup and any occasional issues that come up. MT genuinely feel like partners, and we'd never get this kind of treatment from a big processor. #### Cons Haven't run into cons yet. Any implementation issues we've run into are really just fundamental flaws in outdated payment rails which are certainly not MT's fault (ACH is archaic and I can't wait for it to get replaced). It abstracted away implementation details, for the most part, which made things fairly easy to navigate. #### Cons I often think of Modern Treasury as an API company but not a UI company. The APIs were quite good, however the user interface had numerous bugs or design flaws (in my opinion).
