Felix a démontré une grande réactivité, une excellente compréhension des enjeux business et IT, et une vraie posture de prescripteur. À la fois à l’écoute, force de proposition et très constructif, il a su mener les échanges avec intelligence et pragmatisme. Son accompagnement nous a permis de réaliser de réelles économies, tout en posant les bases de coopérations saines, durables et sans tension avec les prestataires retenus.
