Pros:

We use LoftOS as the central platform for our ecosystem to bring together organizations, members, content, and opportunities in one place. It helps us manage the ecosystem structure, community engagement, and platform activities through a single system instead of multiple separate tools.

Cons:

Some of the feature and tool names in the admin area can be a bit confusing at first, especially when trying to understand access, modules, and settings. It takes some time to get familiar with how everything is structured. More flexibility in page layouts and easier customization would also be a nice improvement too.

It provided more features in one platform, and the team was very open to customization and support, which made the implementation much easier for us compared to other options.

Perfect match voor YellowBrink! It ticks all the boxes for us: community building (contacts and organisations, event organisation, elearning platform and co-creation platform.

Pros:

It is a powerfull nocode platform with a lot of out of the box building blocks.You can even extend the platform by generating (AI)build your own building blocks. But altough it has broad functionality it has a strong focus building community sites, elearning sites and technology transfer sites. The support is excelent! You have a dedicated customer succesmanager that helps you master the product and share with you the best practices.

Cons:

At first we hesitated about the price but at the end it is a worth every euro. The price included a lot of consultancy and support.

Es braucht einen Business-tauglichen Ansatz, der den Community-Gedanken auf eine neue Stufe hebt. LoftOS - gleiche Interessen finden. Das geht hier.

Cons:

LoftOS ist recht komplex. Das ist sicher der Idee der Vernetzung verschiedener Stakeholder geschuldet. Ich denke, mit den richtigen Erklärvideos geht es immer einfacher. Das Onboarding ist schon gut, FAQs helfen, das Interaktive wird sicher noch kommen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der persönliche Support und die Ansprechpartner:innen, die schnell reagieren und weiterhelfen. Das macht die Zusammenarbeit angenehm und hilft im Projektalltag. Auch positiv: Die Lösung kommt aus Deutschland, entwickelt sich stetig weiter und wird sichtbar regelmäßig verbessert, der Release Prozess wird transparent gemacht. Kundenwünsche bzgl. Anpassungen oder Features werden aufgenommen und immer wieder auch tatsächlich umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass die Plattform wächst, reift und ihre Funktionen nach und nach ausgebaut werden.

Cons:

Der Baukasten und die die Navigation im Backend könnte an einigen Stellen intuitiver und flexibler werden. Man findet sich nach einer gewissen Zeit zurecht, aber der Einstieg könnte flüssiger und die Abläufe selbsterklärender sein.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. LoftOS enabled me to launch a professional community platform for a highly specific target group without having to invest in custom software development. I especially value the speed, flexibility, and the ability to test ideas pragmatically and continuously improve them. For startups, community projects, or new platform ideas, it is a very strong enabler. My customer success manager \[sensitive content hidden\] also contributed many valuable ideas herself and was always available whenever I had questions. I also consider the price-performance ratio to be very good.

What impressed me most was how quickly an idea turned into a fully functional platform. Even though I had doubts at the beginning, the setup process was very intuitive. Thanks to the modular structure, I was able to build and launch my Match & Travel community within a very short time. Of course, I also received highly valuable support from Innoloft. I would especially like to mention \[sensitive content hidden\] from Innoloft, who guided me professionally and supported me with many valuable inputs. Even though the software was not specifically designed for my use case of a platform for finding travel buddies, together we managed to build something highly practical and professional.

Cons:

Some functions are not immediately self-explanatory for users, and certain smaller UX topics could still be solved more intuitively. However, Innoloft is very open to feedback, improvement suggestions, and continuous joint development.

The flexibility and adaptability of the platform. The quick response rate of our CSM \[sensitive content hidden\]. The fact that we can build our own modules and programmes and now even our own category trees.

Cons:

Some features, such as user-mailing and pages, are still a little complicated and not as dynamic as we would like. We currently cannot modify our homepage on our own, and this leads to long delays and complications because we also have to work through Innoloft when we want to update the homepage.
