I know the difficulties with running a business BUT when I purchased your product and rely on it for revenue for my business then I expect the service I paid for. You can't segment lists in a usable way. You need to save each email as a "template" if you want to reuse it (can't just select previous email) so a LOT more work. Textarea to write email is small box that you have to expand every time (very annoying). No emoji option in email creation. Formatting is hit or miss. You have to learn how it incorrectly formats your email so that you can plan for it. Background colors don't work on emails. Contact management is majorly lacking and cumbersome. Integration to AWS SES is not horrible but it had issues as well. I can't imagine any novice trying to use this. Honestly, I feel like I should be paid as a beta-tester. Way too many bugs.
