Easy to use and good customer service as we move from moving from spread sheet to on line system. The customer service has been great and really responsive to suggestions / changes to make this even more user friendly. Cons: Cost to guests for payments eg: accommodation BUT they have now enabled us to charge this direct to the couple vs the invitee. Whilst we are sorry that you felt their customer service was not up to scratch, please note that we are a white-label booking platform, used by many different venues, and not responsible for the support a specific venue offer their guests. Regarding refund policies, each venue clearly states their terms and conditions of booking during the check out process, again  this is not something that we are responsible for.
