Thrive is very easy to use and the ability to access information in virtually unlimited. Also the ability to expand and grow with different uses in unlimited. #### Cons While thrive works great on mobile browser, I would love to see an actual app developed. If it doesn't, the Leantech team is very responsive and helpful with getting what you need. #### Cons This is very nitpicky, because they get the job done and it has been successfully deployed at my facility. But, I wish that the dashboards were a little more customizable. Specifically sizing for viewing on the production floor. #### Reasons for choosing Thrive Thrive did not feel like a money-grab. Ease of use was good. The Leantech team felt like they were interested in helping us with what we needed and not like they were trying to get as much money from us as they could. During the test phase of the software, we were given full access to Thrive instead of the very limited access that the other companies gave us. The software had a solution to all of our needs. Their team is always available ([sensitive content hidden]) and I don't feel like I'm imposing when I ask for help. We had to work with them to develop the system to meet our processes and needs.
