It was simple to integrate this into our normal business processes. Cons: I don't really have any cons for this software but as with any product, I always feel like there's room for improvement on integrations offered. We issue around 50-200 certificates a week, so it was important to have a software that was automated and easy to use. The zap they created allows us to issue custom certs in minutes, and their IT dpt. is always on top of updates, constantly improving the UI/UX. Creating a custom certificate is easy and they offer plenty of options top get the certificate exactly how you want it, and the ability to have your own branding and a certificate library site as a repository where the certificate recipient can view all their certificates elevates the professional look and feel of our company. Overall, this is a solid software, and our organization is very pleased so far. Cons: Honestly, any little issues we did have were fixed or addressed immediately. Digital credentials have become a necessity for the global workforce, and it has become increasingly important for businesses and education institutions. Through Sertifier, users are able to generate and manage digital certificates and badges, sending them to the users' email accounts, social media platforms like LinkedIn etc Sertifier has a very simple interface which makes it easy to use and allows me to focus on the tasks at hand. Sertifier allows users to easily customise certificates and badges, and to get them sent in record time. I must say it's been a great experience. My existing LMS already has certificates, but it’s not easily customisable. Sertifier solved all the headaches and even has whitelabel and custom branding.
