Nesse sentido, a busca por informações é dada de forma assertiva. #### Cons Engessamento com relação a formatação dos documentos. Em nossa instituição, poucas áreas possuem acesso ao software Word. Desta forma, para garantir um documento, com layout/formatação adequada, nos gera um certo retrabalho, visto que não é possível exigir 100% da área a ajuste adequado. Único ponto que não vejo muita praticidade é na questão de configurações, como descrevi acima. No incentive was offered Quando iniciei na equipe de qualidade aqui na empresa já existia o sistema, tive muitas duvidas, e também muito apoio da Forlogic. O programa e eficiente e robusto atende bem todas as demandas, o atendimento e eficiente e sempre tem um retorno. A central do conhecimento também tem muito conteúdo pra maioria das duvidas. O que sinto falta e de algum lugar onde fosse possível colocar ideias para melhorias nos módulos, apesar de que sempre que preciso de alguma mudança eu comunico por atendimento via chamada ou por e-mail. Porém nunca tive retorno de alguma melhorias que solicitei.
