For the most part, the tabs are self-explanatory. The "Help" videos were quite helpful when I first started using the program. I love the Live Chat feature. The people I have communicated with on live chat have been very helpful, kind, and professional. Cons: The queries and reports can be frustrating. I have yet to figure out how to actually pull a built in report. The queries are great, but I sometimes find that I have to do two different types of queries and merge them in order to get the information that I want. That can be time consuming. We highly recommend the software and organization. Not only did we find that Donor One fit our business plan, but the added bonus is the working relationship with their organization. I cannot stress the amount of assistance and recommendations they made during the conversion process and the continued support we receive from their organization.
