However the standard or customised reports are not easily changed, without quite a process, and very technical to create yourself. Bi4 allows us to change the reports all the time or create new ones. We underwent the massive task of upgrading from MYOB AccountRight to Acumatica and we kept the Bi4 system. The support team are highly responsive and always forthcoming with solutions or work arounds to get what I am trying to achieve.
