Our processes were long-winded and inefficient. The Enapps platform has dramatically improved our process times, with the connectivity between modules meaning information is always easy to find. Enapps also offers great improvements on Sage, which has allowed us to really improve our stock management and ensure availability, with is critical in our market. What I also like is the platform never stands still - there are always updates and tweaks to improve the software, and some of our suggestions have gone into the core software to benefit all customers. Cons: We were unable to migrate our data from our old CRM system, which meant it had to largely be recreated from scratch which was very time consuming, however this was more to do with the platform we were moving from than Enapps. Certain elements, like producing PDF documents, could be more user friendly and customisable.
