Cons: there are a few little niggles that are being addressed such as if you input the same reference in a batch then in the reconciliation this shows as a "Group of 2 or 3", and the fact that journals cannot be posted directly to the bank accounts. Cons: The product is not very user friendly. Compared to the software that we now use, the amount of work you need to do is huge. One small example, for creating PO's an intuitive system would allow you to start typing the name and the product would just come up. In Evolution M you need to go to the correct category and scroll and scroll until you get to the right product.
