Kameleoon is a powerfull solution that allows us to run a lot of AB Tests & personalization campaigns. With this tool we are able to launch customizations intended for a very specific audience ; and it allows us to increase conversions and retention of our visitors on the site.

Cons:

None for the moment. Kameleoon is user-friendly and their IT team is totally supportive.

La géolocalisation des utilisateurs qui n'est pas très performante.

Kameleoons A/B testing suite offers a good option to test across our eCommerce site to improve various KPIs. Setup is easy and support is great.

Cons:

Daten bleiben in eigener Hoheit, ohne dass man sie aus der Hand gibt und ein anderer Konzern die eigenen Nutzerdaten mit anderen aggregiert - Schnelles Aufsetzen der A/B-Tests - Auch komplexe Testings lassen sich feingranular abbilden - Spart Zeit & Geld, da wir Website-Änderungen erst mit Kameleoon auf Herz & Nieren durchtesten können, bis wir sie final unserer Typo3-Agentur zur Entwicklung bringen.

- Diagramm-Darstellung (z.B. User-Flow) könnte noch besser visualisiert werden - Gewisse Einarbeitung ist notwendig, um selbst eigene Cases aufsetzen zu können, da wirklich die kleinsten Details getracked werden können (>>> hier unterstützt Kameleoon, es lassen sich auch Services hinzubuchen)

We are working with Kameleoon to find out more about how to improve the customer experience on our website and what should be done to leverage our CR. We are very happy with the way Kameleoon is guiding and supporting us.

Cons:

As our website isn't based on any standard software (like Shopware for example) it is not so easy for us to implement tests on our website ourselves. But the we can always count on the development team to implement our test ideas successfully.
