It is a bit expensive and therefore I think it should be used by a mid-big pharma business. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 4 Value for money 3 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: A very reliable CTMS system, the training offered by medidata before you get full access to the system covers almost everything you need to know whether you are the Principal Investigator or the CRA. It can also be incorporated into an independent portal where you can bypass constant credential requirement by storing the original credentials. Cons: I think the only issue that annoys me when it comes to Medidata is the use of different login credentials as opposed to company credentials. For other CTMS systems, I can log into the company network and not require different credentials for signing in. It saves time, medidata takes a little bit of my time every other day as I keep logging in over and over again. Cons: It's not the primary part of the software the students see or use so they really don't know that Medidata is what keeps their medical office work secure and available. Reasons for choosing Medidata CTMS It was enterwined with another software we use for Medical Billing and Coding students.
