The window is somewhat user friendly and not too complicated. The layout is good so it's pretty easy to move around in the software. Cons: Millennium has limitations. There are commands where you have to take several clicks to get to an option. Also the marketing is somewhat limited. Not having cloud based is also a negative factor. Service providers didn't have access on their personal cellphones; so, personal and business devices weren't allowed or necessary in the treatment rooms and therefore not a contending factor of HIPPA violations within the viewpoint of clients' that are concerned with their data/personal information being displayed on several unsecure devices at once. I don't disagree. I thoroughly/severely agree! I enjoyed it tremendously and WHOLEHEARTEDLY wish that my employer's franchised Corporate Business Associates would have selected MEEVO, the updated Millennium SaaS instead of the one they did pick.
