The search function is robust. When you need assistance, it's not a black hole of FAQs or robot replies. It's a real person writing to you within minutes (in my case) with instructions. You can also attach files to your request for help if you ever need to share a screen shot. My requests for support have been only for assistance in learning to use the software. We have had no issues with the software malfunctioning. #### Cons I have not found anything that is an issue for our organization. #### Reasons for choosing Pagefreezer PageFreezer is well-versed in record retention for government agencies. They answered my question and provided technical information others did/could not. PageFreezer, as a company, also seems to be better integrated internally. Staff members know how and when to refer you to another staff member or specialist. PageFreezer is price competitive and easy to use. It's scalable and meets our legal requirements as a government agency. Every change, deletion, comment and comment on comments is saved and retrievable.
