I love the automations and how easy it is to get started and synced with your website.
Cons:
The customer service is iffy. You rarely will have your issue fixed same day, if ever. They continue to add features haphazardly while they should fix the issues we currently need fixed.

We love the ability to set reminders to make sure we reach out to clients on important dates.
Cons:
It does take time to integrate with our Point of Sale system. But once it is done it is worth the time spent.
