We switched from another software and would never go back. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: All in one software for real estate brokerages. You can add listings, deals, customize agents/commissions, invoicing and upload/store files so eliminating the need for large printed files. Help is a button away and usually online within 3-5 min. Cons: Does not offer functions for property management and needs some fine tuning on the fintrac functions. I feel like this is a must in future development and use for larger brokerages. Pricing is reasonable for the program but the storage is additional fees.
