Once our agreement was signed we scheduled a kick-off meeting and within a couple of weeks we were up and running. Probably would have gone faster if we had focused our attention on the integration. It's back end API calls are pretty straight forward. The quality of the matching is high, and though all software has issues, the customer support is very responsive. Cons: I wish this product had more user access to creating reports on their database or more canned reports we could have made to run ad hoc. Reasons for switching to Verato Our prior software had issues that could not be resolved fundamentally with how the product links or unlinks patients and no API to resolve issues.
